Structure: The box body is constructed using an integrally welded or bolted frame, typically equipped with adjustable pad brackets inside and featuring a sealing rubber strip groove on the outside.
Surface treatment: Multi-layer anti-corrosion primer combined with electrostatic powder coating, offering standard colors (such as black, white, bronze) and custom color options. Advanced models may feature copper-plated corners or decorative parts with electroplating.
Size specifications: Standard adult sizes are available (e.g., length: 84 inches/213 cm; width: 28 inches/71 cm; height: 23 inches/58 cm), and customized production is supported according to customer needs.
Load-bearing capacity: Clearly indicate static and dynamic load limits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Sealing system: Describes rubber sealing strips, lined sealants, or welding sealing processes, emphasizing their moisture-proof and leak-proof performance.
Interior: Optional interior materials (such as velvet, satin) with various colors and styles, as well as an adjustable mattress system.
Accessories: Includes optional accessories such as handle types (fixed/detachable), nameplate panels, and cross decorations.
